Order Processing

All orders placed by 2pm from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will usually be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm are processed the next working day. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and/or an influx of orders. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received and once dispatched. If you are having problems receiving these emails please check your junk inbox and additionally add the email address orders@indiclothing.co to your address book.

Taxes, Duties & Tariffs

For all international orders, the required customs declarations forms are filled in by us, however you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs. Saying that, we have never come across our items having any problems at customs.

Modes of Payment

We accept secure payments directly on our website via Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards and American Express. You also have the option to pay by PayPal and PayPal credit. Exceptions

We are a very small business and sometimes, due to events, we’re unable to dispatch during our set timeframe. Temporary exceptions are displayed in the shopping bag and checkout.
