Royal Mail are experiencing some delays with the exceptionally high Christmas volumes they are seeing, exacerbated by the coronavirus-related measures they have put in place in local mail centres and delivery offices.
In our 6 years of trading we have never had a parcel go missing. We know it’s frustrating that a 1st Class parcel is taking so long to reach you. But we please ask that you wait a little bit longer before contacting us. We’re all in the same boat.
Please be assured that Royal Mail are working their hardest to get your order to you and we are pretty sure they’ll get all parcels delivered before Christmas.
All orders placed by 2pm from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm are processed the next working day. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and/or an influx of orders due to sale. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received and once dispatched. If you are having problems receiving these emails please check your junk inbox and additionally add the email address firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book.
Taxes, Duties & Tariffs
For all international orders, the required customs declarations forms are filled in by us, however you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs. Saying that, we have never come across our items having any problems at customs.

We accept secure payments directly on our website via VISA/MASTERCARD credit and debit cards and American Express. You also have the option to pay by PayPal. Please visit www.paypal.com for more information. We do not accept any other methods of payment.
We are a very small business and sometimes, due to events, we’re unable to dispatch during our set timeframe. Temporary exceptions are displayed in the cart, checkout and on this page.
