Exchange or return an item for free in the UK within 30 days of your order. This is extended to 60 days over the festive period (see notices closer to Christmas).
Easily initiate returns in your account and we’ll send you a pre-paid label to return the item. All exchanges are sent to you at no extra cost.
Regretfully, international customers must pay their own postage to return their items.
You can:
- Return an item for a full refund
- Exchange an item if you bought the wrong size
- Return the item in the unlikely event it is faulty
Items must:
- Be received within 30 days from the date of your order
- Be unwashed and unused
- Include original tags
Market & Festival Shop Returns
Returning items from a festival or market pop-up shop? Fill in the form below to initiate your return.
- We'll need your receipt number, which will have been sent by text or email at point of sale.
Unfortunately, we can’t process any returns without a receipt, which are always offered to you during the transaction.
Online Returns
If you already have an account or created one at checkout, log in using the user icon on the header of our website. If you didn’t create an account, sign up for free using the same email address as you used for your order and our system will assign the order to your account.
In your account click on ‘Orders’ and click on ‘Return’ next to the relevent order. Then select the item/s you wish to return and fill in the form. Once submitted we’ll get back to you if we need more information and with your shipping label.
The return button in your account will only be visible if you are within the 30 day return period (60 days during the festive season).
Other Terms
A return/exchange initiation can only be made once. No refunds will be given for extra postage fees, taxes, duties, tariffs and excise charges levied for overseas orders either for refunds or exchanged items.
We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying our returns/exchange policy if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order.
Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or “act of god” damage.
Indi Clothing Co makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose.
Such returns are at all times governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of the United Kingdom.
All decisions made by Indi Clothing Co are final.
